Meet The Lake Effect—a bold new cocktail from Alto Pino that proves Third Coast Fish Sauce isn’t just for the kitchen. Its rich umami depth adds a surprising, savory elegance to every sip.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz Freeland Gin

  • .25-0.5 oz Third Coast Saignee Fish Sauce

  • a dash of Vermouth di Torino

  • Bianco

Method: 

Spritz a chilled martini glass with dry vermouth. In a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients and shake vigorously to chill. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with an anchovy, a green olive, and a twist of lemon peel.
